1st and foremost sit back relax ( yes you first do this ) = Meditate on the situation / people / thought
2nd ACCEPT the current situation , whatever it may be …
3rd Jotting down ,what you want , what makes you happy , goals ,etc
4th Do the above things align with the current situation ( draw a mind map – YES or NO )
5th “Resources “ very crucial point ! what resources you need to get to your goal , now work on it.
If you’re mind is overthinking , if there’s lot of chaos in mind , forget about the goal, you are 100 % in the loop …
